Katie was nominated and won for her upbeat, positive attitude and extremely conscientious attention to our clients. She always goes the extra mile for everyone that calls or comes in through our front door. It was only a matter of time when her hard work was rewarded with a promotion to our dedicated Client Support Specialist. She helps provide extra attention to our clients and they frequently ask for her by name. She is our resident foodie and always has some great recipe recommendations.

What is your position at the Law Offices of Michael B. Brehne, P.A. ?

Client Support Specialist.

Could you describe one of your typical workdays? 

A typical day for me in the office would be closing cases, speaking to potential clients and current clients, doing my best to provide the best customer service I can give, and working events.

What is your favorite author or quote?

One of my favorite quotes is from Walter Hagen. “You’re only here for a short visit. Don’t hurry, don’t worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way.” It reminds me to slow down, and enjoy the little things life has to offer.

What are your hobbies or pastimes when not at work?

Cooking is my favorite thing to do in my spare time. I also like exploring new trails with my pups, and trying new restaurants and bars for the first time.

Name one thing on your bucket list.

I have way too many things on my bucket list, but cage diving with sharks is very high on the list.

Do you have a personal “hero” or someone that inspires you? If yes, who and why?

My parents have always been my personal heroes. They’ve always been there to love and support me, I’m so blessed to have them in my life. 

What would you want to be your super human power?

I would love to be able to fly.

What is your biggest fear?

I have a fear of not living life to the fullest. I don’t want to get to the end of my days wondering where my life went. I want to get there, having lived every moment of every day to its fullest. 

If you were on an island and could only bring 3 things, what would you bring?

My boyfriend, and my two dogs.

What is your favorite TV show, one that you never miss an episode?

Game of Thrones!!

What piece of advice have you been given that resonates with you and you would share with others?

Early bird gets the worm! Oh how I’ve learned how true this is throughout the years.
