Ask A Lawyer About Your Storm Claim & Policy

A hurricane damage attorney with the Law Offices of Michael B. Brehne, P.A. will take part in a series of upcoming and free Ask-A-Lawyer events hosted by Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (CLSMF). The first Ask-A-Lawyer event will be today, September 28, 2017 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Kissimmee Christian Church, 415 N. Main Street in Kissimmee.

The focus of the events is to provide hurricane recovery resources and information to those affected by Hurricane Irma. Other topics to be covered will include:

  • FEMA assistance programs
  • Nutritional programs and benefits
  • Disaster unemployment assistance
  • Landlord/tenant issues
  • Filing homeowner and renter insurance claims
  • Consumer fraud scams after a disaster
  • Displaced public school student rights
