We are very pleased to announce the recipient of our 2014-2015 Athletic Scholarship winner, Jonathan Renninger.

We had several candidates that displayed impressive qualifications and achievements. However, Jonathan won us over with his inspiring essay and by displaying tenancity, motivation, and clear future goals. He expressed to us how his torn ACL during his junior football season became a pivotal turning point in his life. He utilized the obstacle and setback as an opportunity to grow and gain insight and perspective.  

During the rehabilitation of his injury, Jonathan found a love for the practice of physical rehabilitative therapy. He committed himself with a newfound purpose and direction for his academic future. Jonathan’s vision of helping others through their own injuries or setbacks is one of the many reasons we are excited to play a supporting role in his future, and we wish him the best as he starts University of Central Florida this Fall season.
